Meet Michael LoColle
For years, I chased success on the outside while feeling lost and disconnected inside. I battled addiction, chronic illness, and a pattern of broken relationships where I blamed others and avoided looking within. I tried to fill the void through validation, achievement, and control — but in truth, my nervous system was stuck in survival. Constantly braced. Always on guard. Disconnected from safety, presence, and myself.
My real transformation began when I stopped running from my pain and started listening to what my body was trying to tell me.
Through years of healing — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually — I learned a powerful truth: the body remembers what the mind tries to forget. Unprocessed stress, trauma, and emotional wounds don’t disappear — they live in the nervous system, shaping how we relate, react, and move through the world.
As I learned to regulate my nervous system — through breath, movement, stillness, and deep inner work — everything changed. My health improved. My relationships softened. I stopped living in survival mode and began living with presence, clarity, and choice.
Today, I guide others through that same process of awakening — helping men and women restore safety in their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and reconnect to who they truly are. My work weaves together movement, breathwork, shamanic healing, Reiki, and spiritual mentorship to restore balance from the inside out — not by forcing change, but by teaching the body how to feel safe enough to heal.

The nervous system cannot regulate in a body that’s inflamed, depleted, or running on stress fuel. Chronic stress attacks the gut first—disrupting digestion, immunity, mood, and energy. Restoring the gut through real food, hydration, and simple consistency creates the biological foundation for calm, clarity, and resilience. You don’t heal the nervous system by force—you nourish it back into balance.
E — Embody Strength (Movement & Physical Safety)
The body needs to feel capable before it can feel calm. Strength builds resilience, but regulation comes from balanced movement—not punishment or constant intensity. Intentional strength training, walking, mobility, and somatic movement discharge stored stress and rebuild trust with the body. When movement includes play, presence, and joy, the nervous system learns that effort doesn’t always equal danger.
S — Settle the Stress Response (Mindset & Regulation Tools)
Stress doesn’t disappear—it’s regulated. Breathwork, meditation, body awareness, cold exposure, and daily rituals shift the nervous system out of fight-or-flight and back into safety. These practices are not optional add-ons; they are the reset switches that stop survival mode from becoming your baseline. When stress is managed correctly, it becomes information instead of a threat.
E — Emotional & Spiritual Release (Inner Healing)
What isn’t processed gets stored in the body. Grief, shame, fear, guilt, and unresolved trauma live in the nervous system until they’re acknowledged and released. Emotional and spiritual healing allows the body to stop bracing for the past. This work restores internal safety, meaning, and connection—freeing the nervous system from carrying what it was never meant to hold alone.
T — Translate into Life (Lifestyle & Integration)
Healing only lasts when it’s lived. Integration is where regulation becomes a lifestyle, not a phase. Small daily choices—pausing before reacting, choosing rest, listening to the body—rewire the nervous system over time. This pillar turns awareness into habit and habit into protection against burnout, relapse, and breakdown. You stop fighting your body and start working with it.

A Journey Beyond the Veil Through Mediumship & Soul Healing
Unlike traditional mediumship, where a practitioner sits across from the client to deliver messages, my approach is deeply immersive, and soul centered. In these sessions, clients are guided into a meditative or journeying state—fully supported on a healing table—allowing for a co-creative and embodied connection with Spirit.
Combining shamanic healing, soul retrieval, past life regression, meditation, and intuitive body scanning, I open the space to read not only the client’s energetic body and soul story, but also who has come through with them from the spirit world.
Messages from loved ones who have passed on are shared in a grounded, heart-led way—often revealing guidance, healing, or ancestral wisdom. Because the client is journeying simultaneously, these sessions often catalyze emotional release, clarity, and soul remembrance.
