Michael Locolle
Michael LoColle is the President/Co-Founder and one of the creative minds behind Soul Warrior Consulting, Inc., dba Danvers Wellness Center.
For years, I believed success came from pushing harder, more work, more achievement, more external validation. From the outside, my career looked successful. I held leadership roles in corporate environments managing teams, operations, and performance, while also building businesses focused on health, wellness, and personal development.
But behind the scenes, I was operating in survival mode.

Like many high performers, I struggled with chronic stress, health challenges, addiction, and patterns in relationships that kept me disconnected from myself. I learned firsthand that external success does not always create internal fulfillment and that many professionals quietly carry stress, burnout, pressure, and emotional exhaustion while continuing to perform at a high level.
My transformation began when I stopped trying to outrun those patterns and started understanding the connection between the nervous system, leadership, health, and performance.
Through years of deep personal work, nervous system regulation, movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and holistic healing practices, I learned how to move from constant pressure and survival into greater clarity, resilience, presence, and alignment.
Today, I help professionals, business owners, and leaders improve performance in a way that is sustainable mentally, physically, emotionally, and professionally.
My work bridges leadership development, mindset coaching, nervous system regulation, wellness, and human performance to help individuals reduce stress, communicate more effectively, build resilience, and create success without sacrificing their health, relationships, or sense of purpose.
I believe real leadership starts internally. The way we manage stress, regulate emotions, communicate under pressure, and care for our physical and mental well-being directly impacts how we lead, perform, and show up in every area of life.
Because sustainable success isn’t built through constant force.
It’s built through awareness, alignment, resilience, and the ability to lead yourself well first.

Courtney believes lasting change begins with understanding yourself—not simply trying to force yourself into better habits. Her approach combines health and wellness education, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, behavior change, movement, nutrition, and practical lifestyle strategies to help clients understand what their bodies and minds are communicating and make changes that actually fit their lives.
Her own journey shaped the way she coaches. After years of pushing through stress and exhaustion, searching for answers, and trying to “do everything right,” Courtney discovered that many of the challenges she was experiencing were connected—not isolated problems to be fixed one at a time. Learning how stress, behavior, environment, physical health, and the nervous system interact gave her a new framework for understanding change.
Today, Courtney helps clients step out of the cycle of constantly trying harder and instead develop greater awareness, resilience, and capacity. Together, they explore the patterns, habits, and lifestyle factors that may be keeping them stuck and build practical strategies around movement, nutrition, stress management, and accountability that support lasting change.
She is the co-creator of the RESET Framework, a holistic approach to sustainable health and lifestyle change that integrates movement, nutrition, stress management, nervous system regulation, and accountability. RESET is designed to help people understand the factors influencing their health, build sustainable habits, and create a lifestyle that supports their goals rather than constantly working against them.
Whether she is working with individuals, groups, organizations, or communities, Courtney’s mission is to make health and wellness feel more accessible, practical, and sustainable. She believes you don't need to completely reinvent yourself to live a healthier life—you need the knowledge, tools, support, and conditions that make meaningful change possible.
When she's not coaching or teaching, you'll likely find Courtney outside, with a cup of tea, reading, or in the kitchen cooking and baking.
