Soothe Sessions are a meditation lounge experience designed for stress relief, nervous system reset, and self-care.
Each session blends a calming environment with soothing music for sound healing and gentle aromatherapy, helping you release tension, quiet your mind, and find balance.
Sessions are currently offered at select times each week at our Danvers, MA studio - serving the North Shore community.
What are Soothe Sessions?
Unlike a guided meditation or structured yoga class, Soothe Sessions invite you to simply rest. YOu’ll enter a warm, tranquil space filled with restorative aromatherapy and peaceful soundscapes, creating the perfect atmosphere for deep relaxation and meditation.
This is your time - no agenda, no instruction, no expectations. Just a safe, supportive environment to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner calm.

Wednesdays 12-1 PM
Saturdays 10-11 AM
Investment: $20 per session (pre-registration required)
Please arrive on time. Each session begins promptly at the top of the hour, and the doors will be locked once we start to maintain a peaceful, uninterrupted environment. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can settle in and get comfortable.

Not at all. Soothe Sessions are for everyone, whether you’ve meditated before or are brand new to it.

No. These are not guided meditations (though we do offer those at Danvers Wellness Center too). Instead, you’ll enjoy calming music designed for sound healing and gentle aromatherapy while you rest and meditate in your own way.

We use carefully curated, recorded soundscapes - peaceful music and tones created to support relaxation, reduce stress, and help quiet the mind.

Yes! Essential oils, like lavender and bergamot, have been shown to promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, and support emotional well-being, making them a powerful complement to meditation.

We provide mats, blankets, and some props to help you get comfortable, but you’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel extra cozy - your favorite pillow, eye mask, or even a journal. Dressing in layers is recommended so you can fully relax.

When you arrive, you’ll have a few minutes to set up your space. At the top of the hour, the doors will be locked to maintain a calm, uninterrupted environment. The lights will dim, soothing music and scents will fill the space, and you’ll simple rest and meditate for the full hour. At the end, you’ll be gently guided back into awareness before closing the session.
