This class offers an introduction to the practice of Reiki and opens the door to your own connection with universal life force energy. Through teaching, guided practice, and attunement, students will begin their Reiki journey and learn how to channel this gentle, healing energy for themselves and others.

In this training, we’ll explore:

• The history and principles of Reiki

• How energy flows through the body

• Traditional hand placements for self-healing and treatments

• The Level I Reiki attunement, activating your ability to channel Reiki

• Guided practice sessions to build confidence and trust in the energy

Each student will receive a printed manual and a certificate of completion to honor this first step on the Reiki path.
