As the energy builds, we’ll guide you into a dynamic breathwork practice to activate your inner healer. This is a space for release, renewal, and reconnection.
🔹 Guided Shamanic Journey Meditation
To integrate the breathwork, we’ll move into a gentle, rhythmic drumming meditation to support your personal journey. In this deeply relaxed state, you may receive insights, clarity, or messages from within. This is your time to listen, reflect, and reset.
